Get a grant for expert assistance from NAV - help to get employees back to work


Did you know that your company can receive a grant from NAV to bring in an external expert in the event of long-term sick leave or challenges with job management?


Expert assistance is a tool in the IA agreement (Inclusive Working Life), and is intended to help employees who are at risk of dropping out of working life return to work. All companies in Norway, regardless of industry, size or organizational form, can apply to use the scheme.

What is expert assistance? With support from NAV, you can hire a neutral external expert to assist you in:

Mapping the situation

Identify challenges and opportunities

Propose specific measures

Contribute to a sustainable solution - either with your current or new employer

This can be crucial for reducing absenteeism, strengthening the working environment and safeguarding employees in a good way.
