Specialists in accounting for wine and spirits importers

Since 2018, Arinto Regnskap has specialised in accounting and advisory services for the wine and spirits industry. The company is now joining Aider, bringing with it both industry insight and an extensive network.

This is a sector with complex regulations and strict requirements from entities such as the Norwegian Tax Administration, Vinmonopolet, Grønt Punkt and Infinitum. In depth knowledge of the regulatory framework is essential, says founder and Managing Director Anna Lundemo.

Aider invests in industry specific accounting services

Aider partner Kim Are Dønland views the collaboration with Arinto as the launch of a new and important industry initiative within the alcohol sector.

– Wine and spirits is a niche we want to further develop. We see a clear need for specialised competence, and Arinto is best in class. This marks the beginning of a strong advisory environment for both small and large players in the industry, he st

.

Unique experience and professional strength

Anna Lundemo has many years of experience in both import and logistics within the wine industry. Before founding Arinto, she worked at Skanlog and as CFO for Moestue Grape Selection.

– This industry is demanding, and mistakes can be costly. I have seen companies go bankrupt due to insufficient understanding of regulations and accounting procedures. For us, it is not only about numbers but about helping clients succeed, she says.

Recruitment and growth as motivation

Lundemo highlights recruitment as a key reason for Arinto joining Aider.

– Small accounting firms often struggle to attract new talent. We wanted a partner that could contribute to growth, and Aider has demonstrated its ability to attract professionals while maintaining local identity and culture.

A market with substantial potential

There are more than 400 wine importers in Norway, and Aider aims to become the natural choice for them all

– We now have the opportunity to scale this initiative. The combination of Arintos industry expertise and Aiders resources places us in a uniquely strong position in the market, says Dønland.

Lundemo adds:

– We look forward to moving into Aiders offices and taking this initiative to the next level. The industry needs specialists – and now they will have them.
