Compta Mobility Aider DK

On 1 October 2026, COMPA Mobility becomes part of Aider. With close to 20 employees across its offices in Brædstrup and Aarhus, COMPA Mobility takes the next step in its development and joins a larger Scandinavian organisation with clear growth ambitions.

Aider is already present in Denmark through the Baker Tilly offices in Sorø, Odense and Valby, and Dansk Revision in Slagelse and Nyborg. With COMPA Mobility on board, Aider is approaching 250 employees in Denmark.

COMPA Mobility has been named a gazelle company in both 2024 and 2025, and will keep growing within its specialist field: inbound and outbound assignments (global mobility). The company already works closely with Aider Legal in Norway. That collaboration will now be scaled up, and COMPA Mobility's services will reach more businesses in more countries. As part of Aider, the company also gains access to greater investment power and a wider network.

For clients, the agreement means advice continues as before, with the same contacts they know today. In addition, they gain access to more specialist teams, including within tax advisory, and a broader network through Aider.

We want to expand our advisory offering and at the same time draw out synergies between the companies.

There are real opportunities in developing the unique services COMPA Mobility delivers further, and in expanding the help we provide within tax advisory and payroll.

Claus Bonde Hansen, Head of Aider Denmark.

Claus-1

Aider was founded in 2019 and today has around 2,000 employees and an annual turnover of roughly three billion NOK. Over the past year, the company has grown from a Norwegian player into a growing European organisation, with operations in Norway, Sweden, Poland and Denmark.

Aider's growth strategy is built on both organic growth and strategic acquisitions, and the company will continue to strengthen its position in the Danish market.

Claus Bonde Hansen adds:

We're seeing strong interest in Aider among small and medium-sized audit and advisory firms. With this expansion, we also see good opportunities to take COMPA Mobility's services into more countries, because they have a strong delivery model within Global Mobility.

This is where Aider can contribute network, investment power, economies of scale and strong specialist teams, while we hold on to being close to clients and employees.

Lone Skriver, CEO of COMPA Mobility, sees great opportunities in the partnership:

We've long wanted to develop the company further and create more opportunities beyond Denmark's borders, both for our clients and our employees.

When we started the conversation with Aider earlier this year, it quickly became clear that we share the same values and ambitions.

That's why this feels like a natural next step.

Lone Skriver

She adds:

We're continuing the close collaboration with Aider Legal in Norway, but taking it further into more countries and building out our opportunities here in Denmark.

At the same time, new partnerships are opening up with our colleagues across the rest of Aider. That benefits both clients and employees.

The parties state that the transaction includes continued investment from the directors and owners of COMPA Mobility. Beyond this, the parties do not comment on the financial terms of the agreement.
