Bedriftspartner is currently part of the Saga KL franchise network and has its head office in Mosjøen. They also have a sister company in Brønnøysund, which will be included in the merger. The companies becoming part of Aider will create new opportunities for both clients and employees:
– “To stay ahead of the curve, you need to be aligned with the best. By joining Aider, we secure our future and ensure that our clients always have access to the best technology and expertise,” says Jørn Clausen, Chairman of Bedriftspartner..
Clausen does not hide that there have been many suitors. However, it was only with Aider that he felt a genuine alignment in values.
“Several parties have shown interest in acquiring us, but their proposals have largely focused almost exclusively on profitability and the financial upside of a merger. Aider, on the other hand, was more concerned with how we could achieve something meaningful together. In addition, they have the strength required to drive innovation and development,” he says.
“Our core belief has always been that accounting and business development go hand in hand. As part of Aider, we can work more in line with how we truly want to operate, and we will support clients with financial management, organisational development, and decision-making support,” he explains.
Aider already has an office in Mosjøen, and the plan is to co-locate it with Bedriftspartner’s head office.
“This merger signals that we are stepping up our commitment to this exciting region. The team at Bedriftspartner is incredibly skilled, and together we form a very strong foundation for attracting even more talented people. We will now focus on building relationships across the offices, potentially adding another location, and delivering the full Aider experience to the entire region,” says Zetterstrøm, supported by Clausen:
– “We are now at a size where we will always be considered. Our job is to ensure we are also always preferred.”
