From local accounting office to part of the Aider community

Fjell Futurum has long been a solid player in Fagernes and the surrounding area. With four employees and a loyal client base, the company has delivered strong results entirely without marketing.

– As a small accounting office, we have had to spend a lot of time on administrative and regulatory tasks. Now we have the freedom to focus more on our clients and the professional content. It feels right to become part of something larger, says Hovi.

Recruitment and technology as keys to further growth

Aider will be an important partner for further development in Valdres, providing support in both recruiting young talent and accessing modern technology.

– In a small organisation, it is not always easy to attract young employees. We are now investing in growth, and we are already seeing results. One new young employee from Aider is already in place, and we hope to recruit more, says Hovi.

The initiative includes access to Aider Tech, support in regulatory work, and assistance with further digitalisation.

Local presence with national strength

Thomas Løken Larsen, Business Developer at Aider, highlights Fjell Futurum as a model of solid operations and high professional quality.

– It quickly became clear that we share both values and ambitions. We are pleased to have Elin and the team on board, and our role moving forward is to support their continued success – with stronger tools and broader expertise, he says.

Local roots remain important

Both Aider and Fjell Futurum emphasise that client relationships and local connections will be maintained. Existing clients will keep their contact persons, while gaining access to more services and increased capacity.

– We know that trust and relationships are everything to our clients. That is why it is important that the transition feels seamless, preserving what works well while adding much that is new, says Larsen.

Valdres as a growth area for accounting and advisory

With the new office in Fagernes, Aider strengthens its presence in Innlandet and the mountain regions. The company sees particular potential in population growth in the region and in the emerging local business community.

– It is especially rewarding when we can provide our employees with new opportunities. Malin, one of our rising stars originally from Valdres, can now work close to home. It is precisely these local connections that make the expansion so valuable, says Larsen.
