Aider with new Odd contract

Aider is strengthening its collaboration with the Odd football team, signing a five-year contract. "This is an important arena for meeting the business community, and we greatly appreciate being part of Odd's network," says Anders Aasen, Business Developer at Aider.

The brand-new agreement we've just signed with the Telemark team Odd goes far beyond a normal sponsorship relationship - and consists of two separate collaborations. While they put the Aider name on the jersey, they also put the accounts in our hands.

- In fact, they outsource everything apart from the finance manager's tasks. And it's a vote of confidence to be the preferred outsourcing partner of such a large and well-run football team," says Aasen.

Great expectations

Both Tet and R8 Consulting - both of which are now Aider - have previously worked with the football team from Telemark. For Aasen, the fact that Aider has now secured a long-term contract is a kind of closing of the circle.

- "Aider gives a lot of support to grassroots sports, and we will continue to do so. At the same time, we also want to support the top, and this initiative is part of that.

Aasen also makes no secret of the fact that the football team has high expectations off the pitch. He thinks that's just fine.

- "We like challenges, so we think it's great to have active customers who demand efficient delivery. It makes us sharper. Odd is part of Norwegian top flight football, which has its own specific requirements. That means they need a dynamic partner who understands the importance of precise information. And for more and more people, we are that partner," he says.

- Outsourcing is a clear trend

It's not just in the world of football that the big players are choosing to outsource more and more of their accounting tasks.

- This is a clear trend in the market. The trend is for larger companies to outsource more.

However, Aasen can't promise that precision in accounting will lead to increased precision in passes and shots.

- "We're now going to help them streamline both their accounting and financial systems, but it remains to be seen whether this will lead to efficiency in front of goal. But we have great faith in next season. Go, Oddrane!
