Ever since we established ourselves in 2019, Aider has been a slightly different company. Not just because the industry needs a challenger, but because we actually believe that being different can be a strength.

Since day one, our foremost mantra has been "people first". You could call it the very nerve of Aider.


It's about believing that our industry is ultimately more about people than numbers. But it's also about the fact that people's unique perspectives are important to us as an organization.


Our entire project is based on the idea that value is best created in teams. And teams simply work better when we are slightly different. When we have different strengths and approaches.


We don't see diversity as something we can flaunt - we rely on different experiences, perspectives and opinions. And we love the energy that arises when these come together.

That's why our second mantra is just that: energy and excitement. The energy unleashed by rich, diverse collaboration. The excitement people feel when they can be fully themselves - no matter who they love or what they identify as.


And isn't that what pride is all about?


So when we fly the rainbow flag this month, it's more than just a sympathetic logo change and some nice words. It's a celebration and a reminder - even to ourselves - that this is who we really are. Whether it's June or November.
