Every day, customers come to us at Aider with specific needs. Sometimes the solution already exists - and we find it. But often there isn't a good enough tool. Then we create it ourselves.


- This time, several customers wanted middle managers and employees to be able to perform simple tasks without logging into the financial system. The result was Aider Connect," says Thomas Kildahl Fjeld.


What is Aider Connect?


Aider Connect is a customized front-end system and dashboard solution designed to connect to financial systems such as Xledger, but can also be integrated with other systems. It gives users access to the features they need, in a simple and intuitive interface.

The result was Aider Connect. It was designed as a pre-system for Xledger, but can also be linked to other financial systems.


"You can think of it as a portal where the customer can log in and do simple things without having to deal with the complexity of Xledger. For example, there may be variable elements such as time registration or bonuses for salary payments. We then receive the data and check that it's OK before sending it on.


This simplifies data input for the customer, who only has to deal with a clear front end.


- "This is a product we're constantly working on. The aim is to get more functionality into Aider Connect, without it becoming complicated or too much. We are listening to the feedback we receive.

Aider Connect builds on the robust functionality of financial systems like Xledger. You retain the power and flexibility that lies "under the hood" - but shielded from users who don't need all the advanced features.


- This is a solution that can be adapted to all or part of the organization. We set up corporate structures and roles so that each user has access to exactly what they need. No more and no less.
