Autofakt is a comprehensive solution for managing customer information in the energy sector, built directly into the powerful ERP system Odoo. The solution gives you full control over prices, consumption and metering data - from first kilowatt hour to paid invoice.


The system is tailor-made for district heating, electricity, water and gas, and covers the entire value chain: invoicing (EHF and e-mail), payment collection and process control.


 


Every hour, Autofakt automatically retrieves meter data via API from the customer's meters, ensuring precise and up-to-date information on actual consumption. In addition, market prices for energy are retrieved directly from Nordpool, so that invoicing always reflects current energy costs. This gives you a fully automated solution for both data collection and price calculation - adapted to the requirements of a constantly changing market.

Everything in one place

Autofakt gathers all critical information - meter readings, customer data, contracts, pricing models and market prices - in one user-friendly system built on Odoo. You get a quick overview of each customer, subscription, installation and invoice history - without the need for manual follow-up or the use of external systems.

Efficient and flexible invoicing

Autofakt supports automatic billing based on different pricing models, with flexible handling of discounts, seasonal variations and public requirements. Consumption can be distributed between multiple customers from one meter. Invoices are sent via EHF or email, and the solution integrates seamlessly with accounting systems such as PowerOffice, Tripletex and Visma.

Meter data from end customers

Autofakt automatically collects meter values from the customer's meters via API integration with Elvaco - every hour. This provides a continuous and updated basis for calculating consumption and billing, and ensures that you have precise insight into the energy flow at all times.

Market prices from Nordpool

The system is fully integrated with Nordpool and retrieves current energy prices every hour. This enables dynamic pricing based on market conditions, ensuring fair and transparent billing for both company and customer.

Consumer price index from SSB

Autofakt is integrated with the consumer price index (CPI) from Statistics Norway (SSB), making it possible to automatically index prices according to inflation. This contributes to a more precise and sustainable pricing policy over time - completely without manual follow-up.

Self-service for customers - "My page"

With "My page", you give your customers a modern and intuitive portal where they can easily monitor their own consumption, keep track of appointments and manage invoices - at any time and from any device.
