With more than 1 250 employees – some on fixed salaries, others on hourly contracts, and some on a combination of both – precision is essential when processing payroll.


 


- If there is one thing you do not compromise on, it is employee wages. This is why we set high standards for the quality of our payroll processes. At the same time, we operate in an industry with a large workforce and several different contract types, which makes it challenging to find a partner capable of handling this transaction volume, says Majken.

However, she found exactly that in Aider. Although they have since moved their accounting function in-house, they continue to outsource their payroll operations:


– First and foremost, it makes us less vulnerable. If something unexpected happens, payroll will still be delivered. In addition, payroll is its own specialised discipline, and regardless of volume, you depend on people who truly know the field. Aider is always up to date on the latest guidelines, laws, and regulations, which ensures stability across the entire team, the CFO explains.
